With compound interest, each month's charge is added to the balance and then charged again, so the cost snowballs on long cases. With simple interest, every month costs the same. On a case that lasts two years or more, the difference can be thousands of dollars.

No. Applying is free, and you never pay anything up front.

Yes. Because charges are figured month by month, an earlier payoff costs less. Your contract shows the payoff amount for each month.

No. Ark works with clients of any licensed attorney. Applying for funding has no effect on who represents you.

Yes. Tell us about the existing funding on your application. We'll take it into account when we review your case with your attorney.

Between $500 and $50,000, depending on your injuries, the insurance available, and the stage of your case. We keep amounts conservative so most of your settlement stays yours.

Once your attorney sends what we need and you sign, we send funds by direct deposit or wire, often within one to two business days.

Your attorney receives the settlement, pays Ark the amount shown in your contract for that month, and gives you the rest along with your share under their fee agreement. You never make a payment out of your own pocket.
